There are now 10 videos in the 5 minute yoga sequence series available on the VetYogi YouTube channel, for you to follow along with any time, any place!
Suitable for all levels, including beginners, the 5 minute series gives you the flexibility to choose the areas of the body which most need your attention, without requiring the time or energy to do a full yoga class. Just 5 minutes can be beneficial to help ease sore muscles and tension in the body, whilst combining movement with the breathe to help calm the mind.
I have created these short sequences with veterinary professionals in mind, by providing postures that help to open and relieve tension in the areas of the body that can take a lot of toll during our day-to-day working lives, but anyone can give them a go.
Depending on how much time and inclination you have, the videos are designed so that you can build them by doing several back to back, or single out the ones you need most; there are no repeat poses so if you do choose to stack them you should get a varied and enjoyable yoga session.
